We are proud of the level of quality we produce across all of our products.

Having said that, we are only human and every once in a while we might have a printing hiccup.

On the very odd occasion that this happens we are happy to reprint your item.

Before we can do that though there are a few questions you need to think about ...

What can be returned?

Only Items that are faulty/damaged or have a faulty print may be returned. If a reprint is approved, no changes may be granted for change of colour, product, size or design.

Now is a good time to point out that all orders that come through are digitally printed onto DTF transfers. Everyone’s monitors are different, and our computers make everything so bright and colourful. Our printers work with a CMYK colour palette to produce your designs, so please keep this in mind when designing them.

We don't have the ability to print hyper colour, fluoro or metallic designs with digital inks. Please take a look at our FAQ page for more tips on artwork and design.

Please examine your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. In an effort to keep costs down and pass substantial savings along to our customers, Amazing Transfers staff do not proof documents created by its customers prior to processing. Any orders that are approved and paid for by the customer are considered as having permission to proceed, and order changes made after this time are not guaranteed to be processed.

What cannot be returned:

Due to the nature of custom printing and promotional products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective.

If your items are misprinted or defective in any way, please contact us at info@amazingtransfers.co.uk within 14 days from receipt of merchandise and we will be happy to arrange for a return, reprint, or credit. Please provide your order number with all correspondence.

Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 14 days of receipt of purchase.

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

How to return a product

You must email us at info@amazingtransfers.co.uk or visit our return page. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you wish to return it. Our team will review your request and reply with a Return Authorisation Number or deny your request.

Once you have confirmed that you are eligible for a refund/reprint then simply send us an email to info@amazingtransfers.co.uk with the following information.

  • Your name
  • Your order number
  • The date of your purchase
  • What garment/s you would like to return
  • A short description of the manufacturing and/or print error
  • A photo of the garment

Post your return to:

Please write the RA number written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
