Pricing, Discounts & Promotions Policy

Amazing Transfers regularly offers sales, promotional pricing, discount codes and VIP Wallet offers to provide additional value to our customers.

This policy explains how our promotions work, what may be excluded and how discounts interact with VIP Wallet funds.

1. Promotional Offers

All sales, discounts and promotional offers are subject to the terms communicated with the relevant promotion and this Pricing, Discounts & Promotions Policy.

Promotions may apply to selected products, product categories, customers, quantities or order values and may be available for a limited time only.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, promotional offers:

  • Apply only during the advertised promotional period.

  • Apply only to eligible products.

  • Cannot be combined with another discount, promotional offer or sale price.

  • Do not apply to shipping or delivery charges.

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash or Wallet credit.

  • Cannot be applied retrospectively to orders placed before or after the promotional period.

Any additional conditions applying to a particular promotion will be communicated as part of that offer.

2. One Discount or Promotional Benefit Per Order

Unless we specifically state otherwise, discounts and promotional benefits cannot be stacked or combined on the same purchase.

Where more than one promotion or benefit is available, only one may be applied to the eligible purchase.

This includes percentage discounts, promotional pricing, discount codes, VIP Wallet benefits and other promotional offers.

If a promotion is specifically designed to work with another offer, we will clearly state this.

3. Using Your VIP Wallet

VIP Wallet packages provide customers with additional Wallet value above the amount paid, giving the customer a saving when that Wallet value is used for future eligible transfer orders.

Because VIP Wallet funds already include this additional value, VIP Wallet funds cannot be used in conjunction with another discount, sale price, discount code or promotional offer unless specifically stated otherwise.

When using your VIP Wallet:

  • You must be logged into the Amazing Transfers account associated with your Wallet.

  • Wallet funds can be used on eligible Transfer products only.

  • Wallet funds cannot be used toward shipping, or other products or services unless specifically stated otherwise.

  • The value of the eligible order will be deducted from your available Wallet balance.

  • Any unused Wallet balance remains available for future eligible purchases.

  • Wallet funds cannot be combined with another sale or promotional discount.

If an order qualifies for a promotional discount but you choose to pay using VIP Wallet funds, the additional promotional discount will not apply.

4. VIP Wallet Promotions

From time to time, Amazing Transfers may run promotions specifically relating to the purchase or loading of VIP Wallet value, such as additional bonus Wallet credit.

These offers relate to the purchase of the VIP Wallet package itself and do not change the conditions applying when the Wallet funds are later spent.

For example, a promotion may provide additional bonus value when purchasing a VIP Wallet package. When that Wallet value is later used to place an order, it still cannot be combined with another sale or promotional discount unless the promotion specifically states otherwise.

5. Discounts Displayed in the Cart

Promotional discounts may initially appear in your cart based on the products in your order.

The final discount applicable to an order can also depend on the payment method or promotional benefit selected at checkout.

For example, if a sale discount is displayed in your cart and you subsequently select VIP Wallet as your payment method, the sale discount will not apply because VIP Wallet value cannot be combined with another promotional discount.

Where a payment method or offer changes the eligibility of a promotion, the applicable order total should be confirmed as part of the checkout process before payment is completed.

6. Discount Codes

Where a promotion requires a discount code:

  • The code must be entered correctly at checkout.

  • The code must be valid at the time the order is placed.

  • The order must meet any eligibility requirements attached to the code.

  • Only one discount code may be used per order unless specifically stated otherwise.

  • Discount codes cannot be combined with VIP Wallet funds unless specifically stated.

If you believe a valid discount code is not working, please contact us before completing your order so our team can assist.

7. Promotional Periods

Promotions begin and end at the times advertised.

Orders must be completed within the promotional period to qualify unless the individual promotion states otherwise.

Placing items in your cart does not reserve a promotional price or extend the promotional period.

8. Product Exclusions

Some products or services may be excluded from a promotion.

Any major exclusions specific to a promotion will be communicated as part of that promotion.

Unless specifically included, discounts may not apply to items such as:

  • Shipping and delivery

  • VIP Wallet payments

  • Artwork or design services

  • Other non-transfer products or services

The eligible products stated in each promotion will determine what is included.

9. Minimum Spend and Quantity Requirements

Some promotions may require a minimum order value, minimum quantity or other eligibility requirement.

Where a minimum spend applies, qualifying amounts are generally calculated using the eligible product subtotal and exclude shipping and other excluded products unless otherwise stated.

If an order is changed and no longer meets the requirements of the promotion, the promotional discount may no longer apply.

10. Refunds, Credits and Cancelled Orders

Any refund, credit or cancellation relating to an order purchased during a promotion will be calculated based on the amount actually paid or value used for the relevant products, subject to our Refund & Returns Policy and your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer protection law.

Promotional discounts, bonus values and promotional savings do not have a separate cash value and cannot be redeemed or refunded as cash.

Where an order was paid using VIP Wallet funds, any approved credit or refund will be handled in accordance with our VIP Wallet and Refund & Returns terms, except where applicable UK consumer law requires otherwise.

11. Pricing and Technical Errors

We make every effort to ensure promotional information, pricing and discounts displayed on our website are accurate.

If we identify a genuine technical or pricing error before a purchase is completed, we may correct the error or temporarily withdraw the affected product or promotion while it is corrected.

If you notice something that does not appear correct during checkout, please contact us before completing your purchase.

12. Changes to Promotions

We reserve the right to change, extend or end a promotion in accordance with its advertised terms.

Any changes will not affect a customer’s statutory rights under applicable UK consumer protection law.

13. UK Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable UK consumer protection laws where those rights cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

If there is any inconsistency between this policy and your statutory consumer rights, your statutory rights will apply.
